Available for iPhone and Android, RentRight has information and tools for all Victorian renters, putting up-to-date information at your fingertips about important issues like breaking the lease and getting the bond back.
RentRight can also help smooth communication between renters and landlords or property managers, with its ready-to-use email templates for common requests like repairs to the property.
RentRight has tools that can help you if you're renting for the first or the fiftieth time, like:
- Template emails for things like repairs and ending your lease
- Information about your rights and responsibilities as a renter
- Tools to help you work out your rent costs on a weekly, fortnightly, calendar monthly, six-monthly or yearly basis
- Tools to help you budget for moving into a new place
