Playing sport makes you feel good. But study, feeling that there's never enough time, and thinking you only do sport if you're good at it, can keep you from being active and having a lot of fun.

If you're not into sport, and you're spending long stretches of time sitting at a computer or travelling by car - motionless - you've got the makings of an unhealthy lifestyle.
